Please follow the proceedure set out below to book a field service visit NOW!

To book a field service visit

Download and complete this Field Service Booking Form (FSB) complete all the required sections and return to us ASAP at jackie.blaney@whleary.co.uk or Fax to 01268 494323.

We will confirm the estimated field service costs based on the information you provide us and issue a Field Service Estimate (FSE).

You must make payment/arrangments to pay the estimated service costs as detailed in the FSE.

If your company has a credit account with us, send your official purchase order documentation to us as soon as possible.

If you do not have a credit account with us please make arrangements to pay the service costs with our Sales Admin team on 01268 490035.

Once we have received your valid order number/payment we will arrange to visit your plant ASAP.
