Leary’s brand new non-contact gluing system for flexo folder-gluers delivers precise glue application at any speed. The non-contact station removes all potential snag points ensuring your box glides through the gluing section without skewing. The non-contact application method handles warped board as though it was perfectly flat, and ensures no glue smearing or wiping on any part of the box. Cleaning and downtime are all but eliminated with the introduction of the automatic nozzle flush system, which ensures your gluing system is ready to go as soon as you are.

The optional integrated glue detection system provides millimeter perfect inspection of all applied glue patterns. Leary’s patented AutoGLUE™ closed loop glue detection technology remains the only self-correcting glue application, detection and correction technology in the marketplace; this exclusive technology ensures glue placement is not only ‘in tolerance’ but is perfectly positioned every time.

The MasterJET system is not speed limited in any way. It is built using gluing valves that operate in less than 2 milliseconds, these electric gluing valves do not have any wearing mechanical parts and will not slow down over time. They require virtually no servicing, operating for many hundreds of millions of cycles before needing service.
