Glue Delivery Options

High Pressure 9:1

Specify our 9:1 high pressure pump if you are using glue in excess of 1,000 centipoise or if you need several valves with extended hoses.  This extremely powerful pump will allow you to run pressures up to 400 PSI. 

This pump is supplied with our fully automatic line-speed controlled glue pressure regulator unit.

 

Medium-High Pressure 4:1

Specify our 4:1 high pressure pump if you are using glue with a centipoise range of 300 to 900 points or if you need valves with extended hoses.  This pump will allow you to run pressures up to 200 PSI.

This pump is supplied with either our fully automatic pressure control system or a manual pressure control system depending on your application requirements.

 

Standard Pressure 1:1

Our 1:1 diaphragm pump and pressure tank options are well suited for systems of 4 valves or less with standard 3 meter hose assemblies (looms). 

Both standard pressure options can be specified with fully automatic or manual glue pressure control.

 

Gravity Feed

This time served solution is perfect when handling latex based adhesives which become unstable under pressure.
