Leary Array Controller Series
The new Leary Array™ series of system controllers deliver in all areas. Capable of handling multiple quality assurance and glue application tasks at the highest machine speeds the Array™ series offers total control at your fingertips. Systems are set up through a large 15” (38cm) colour touch-screen operator interface and utilise Leary’s new highly intuitive Monet™ software.
Available in three basic formats the Array™ can be specified as a gluing system, a quality assurance system or a fully integrated gluing and quality assurance controller. Array™ systems can be upgraded at any time in the future, enabling the addition of extra functions as your requirements change.
All Leary Array™ quality assurance controllers operate with SecureSCAN™ technology providing 100% product scanning and fail-safe operation. LearyNET™ remote access and data collection packages are available with all Leary Array™ systems.
LS-1 4-Channel Controller
The LS1 4 channel glue pattern controller offers powerful performance in a compact package. Capable of operating up to 4 gluing valves each with its own trigger sensor, the LS4 delivers excellent glue pattern accuracy at speeds up to 600 meters per minute. Automatic glue pressure control, valve speed compensations and window lock-outs are all
standard features, making the LS1 as versatile as it is economical.
