The new Leary Array™, Leary's 5th generation combined gluing and QA system, offers integrated control of both your gluing and quality assurance tasks. Capable of handling multiple quality assurance and glue application tasks at the highest machine speeds the Array™ series offers total control at your fingertips. Systems are set up through a large 15” (38cm) colour touch-screen operator interface and utilise Leary’s new highly intuitive and easy to use Monet™ software.

Leary Integration benefits
When integrating gluing and quality assurance systems your quality assurance and gluing options are not limited in any way - you can integrate a 1-gun or 24-gun gluing system with a pharmacode scanning or vision system. Your system options are not limited by the integration - quite the opposite! Integration opens up benefits on both sides and helps secure your production quality whilst limited setup time.
When your gluing system is fully integrated into your quality assurance system you are presented with some great extra benefits!
First of all, your gluing control is based on modular hardware, meaning you can specify 4,8,16 or even 24 channels of glue pattern control - something you cannot achieve with a standalone gluing system! Not only that, but every single glue channel brings with it the option to add integrated glue detection (more about this option below). With virtually unlimited pattern control options all programmed on screen, the integrated glue system is more powerful, easier to use and offers more benefits than a conventional gluing system.
There's more too! Because your gluing valves will become part of the larger quality assurance system (whether you opt for glue detection or not), they will become encapsulated into the SecureSCAN™ fail-safe system, which will check every single product for length & accuracy (detecting damaged, overlapped or skewed products), all products will have to be 'seen' by all gluing valves - making sure that no product is allowed to 'miss' a gluing station due to production line mishaps and of course, when you integrate the gluing and quality assurance systems together in one, all these extra benefits are available at less than the price of two separate systems.
Leary's integrated gluing and glue detection brings with it perhaps our most important innovation in gluing control - AutoGLUE™. A patented Leary technology that delivers precise glue control at any line speed - a technology that cuts down time and spoilage - a technology that keeps the glue line not only 'in tolerence' but always in the perfect position. AutoGLUE™ is a closed-loop gluing and detection technology. It works by constantly feeding back the axact glue line position and comparing it to the programmed line position - even the slightest movement is spotted and corrected in an instant. This technology is only available with a combined, integrated gluing and detection system.
